Kristen Birdwell is a best selling author, healer and story
Duala who gives people who guides people to transmute their pain
into power and purpose through storytelling. Kristen is no stranger
to pain and chaos herself. After experiencing the death of her
father,
psychological and sexual abuse, and the loss of loved ones to
prison, suicide and addiction, she coped by seeking love,
worthiness and acceptance in all the wrong places. Fortunately,
these experiences served as the catalyst for her healing quest and
for her writing her memoir, Sex, Drugs and Soul. She now
collaborates with people to either ghost write their nonfiction
book, coach them through the creative writing journey, or to live a
different story.
